Q.Does Bridal Mart of Savannah sell on-line? A. We do not believe an e-commerce web site is appropriate for bridal apparel. Buying a wedding gown is NOT like buying a computer or car. There are so many variables such as sizing, colors, fabrics,will your dress fit when it gets to you? We feel this is such an impotant purchase on your part that you should not buy from an e-commerce web site, you should speak to a trained specialist about your particular needs. Q. So how do I contact BMOS about prices and placing orders? A. If you are not physically close enough to come by and visit, you can call us toll free at 1-866-927-8880. If you are calling in reference to a price of a specific dress, please be sure to ask for our "internet special" prices when you do call. This is our lowest competitive "no frills" pricing with services similar to what you would recieve from other web sites, but at even lower prices. Q. Is there a difference between your "internet special" prices and you in-store prices? A. Actually you will find our in store prices a bit higher since we offer more services in our retail store ,such as sales assistance, measuring, sizing, tracking each bridesmaids deposits and payments, storage etc. These services are labor intensive and are not performed on Internet sales. Q. How long do orders typically take to come in? A. Usually orders are recieved into our distribution center within about 10-12 weeks once your deposit is made. If your wedding date is sooner, let us know immediately. Many designers offer rush cuts for an additional charge. Many times we can even check the manufacturer's stock to see if they have the size and color of the dress or dresses you want which will mean delivery within a few weeks or less. Q. Can dresses be returned if they don't fit, and how do we go about choosing the correct size? A. Although it would be easier and less expensive in the long run for us to post manufacturers sizing charts and have you just pick your own size like many other bridal sites, we feel that it is NOT in your best interest to do so. Since dresses are not returnable for size we we feel we owe it to you, our customer, to offer you some guidance in choosing the correct size to order . Once you get professionally measured, call us with your bust, waist and hip measurements along with your height and one of our trained consultants will review the correct sizing chart with you to help you choose the nearest size.
